Who we are

nwp.ae is operated by NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2654499.01, Formation No. 2654499). On this page, “we” means that company.

We do not own vehicles. Transport is delivered by licensed third-party operators and chauffeurs that we engage.

What we collect

• What you enter in a form: company or name, contact name, work email, phone number, country, a trade licence or IATA number where a programme asks for one, approximate volumes, and the details of a quote or group request (dates, party size, nationalities).
• Account and booking records: portal login, bookings placed on your account, statements, and the agreement you accepted, with its version.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data: the address a request came from, used to limit repeated submissions, and the cookies listed in the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, review and open a trade account, run and invoice bookings, issue statements and pay commission.
• To keep the records that UAE commercial and tax law requires.
• To keep the site working and safe, including limiting automated submissions.

We never sell personal data, and we do not market to the clients you book for.

Who receives it

Only those who need it:

• the suppliers needed to fulfil a booking, with only the details it requires;
• our service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (card payments, where offered) and our email provider;
• public authorities, where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our providers store or process data outside the UAE. We only use providers that commit, in their contractual terms, to protecting it.

Analytics

nwp.ae runs no analytics and no advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

• Booking and payment records: at least five years, as UAE accounting law requires.
• Enquiries that do not become bookings: 24 months.
• Accounts: while open, and afterwards for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires.
• Anything else: only as long as it is needed for its purpose, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), and under the GDPR if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can:

• ask what we hold about you and get a copy (access);
• have it corrected;
• have it deleted;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format (portability);
• complain to the data protection authority: the UAE Data Office, or your local authority in the EU or UK.

To use a right, write to trade@nwp.ae or message us on WhatsApp (+971 52 708 9101). We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we answer within the time the law allows.

Security

We protect data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect children's data; a parent or guardian makes bookings for them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
