How we handle your data

This notice describes how NWP Travel & Tourism FZ-LLC ("NWP", "we"), a company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data on nwp.ae and in the trade services it offers. NWP is the controller of that data. Questions and requests go to trade@nwp.ae.
What we collect
What you enter in a form: your company or name, a contact name, a work email address, a phone number, your country, a trade licence or IATA number where the programme asks for one, an approximate monthly volume, and the details of a quote or group request, including travel dates, party size and the travellers' nationality.
Account and booking records: your portal login, the bookings placed on your account, statements, and the referral agreement you accepted, with its version and a fingerprint of its text.
Technical data: the address a request came from, which we use to limit repeated submissions, and the cookies described below.
Why we use it
To answer your request, review and open a trade account, run and invoice bookings, issue statements and pay commission, and keep the records that UAE commercial and tax law requires.
To keep the site working and safe: the address a form is sent from is counted to stop automated submissions, and sign-in uses a session cookie.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not market to the clients you book for.
Cookies
nwp.ae sets functional cookies only: your display currency, your light or dark theme, the language you chose, and a sign-in session when you use the portal. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees it
The suppliers needed to fulfil a booking, in the form the booking requires; the providers that host this site, its database and its transactional email; and public authorities where the law requires it. Each provider handles data under its own contractual terms, and some host it outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quote records for as long as we may reasonably still need them to answer you or to evidence what was agreed. Account, booking, statement and payment records for as long as the account is open and afterwards for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires. Records with no remaining purpose are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under the GDPR. Write to trade@nwp.ae. We answer within the time the law allows and may first ask you to confirm who you are.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
