Who we are

nwp.ae is operated by NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2654499.01, Formation No. 2654499). On this page, “we” means that company.

We do not own vehicles. Transport is delivered by licensed third-party operators and chauffeurs that we engage.

Who these terms are for

These terms apply to travel agents, partners, affiliates, corporate clients and developers who open an account, use the portal or use the API. They add to the Terms and Conditions. If the two differ, an agreement you accepted with us comes first, then these terms.

Accounts

• Accounts are opened after review, and we may decline or close one.
• Give accurate company details and keep them current.
• Keep your login and API keys private. You are responsible for what is done with them.
• Bookings placed on your account are your responsibility.

Bookings, quotes and rates

• A booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing. A quotation is valid for the dates it names.
• Net rates are confidential to your account. Do not publish them or share them outside your organisation.
• Where a quote states a supplier's own terms for a line, those terms apply to that line.

The API

• API access is an early-access sandbox. It is provided as it stands and may change or be withdrawn.
• Use it within the documented limits and for your own bookings.
• Do not try to reach other accounts' data or to overload the service.

Commission and referrals

Commission and referral terms are those in the agreement you accepted when your account was approved. Bookings are listed with their value and status on your statements.

Your clients

You stay responsible to your own clients for what you sell them. We do not market to the clients you book for.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account or API key for breach of these terms, misuse or non-payment. You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Confirmed bookings stay subject to their terms.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where UAE law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as traffic, weather or closures ordered by the authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
