A booked submission appointment and an application file checked against the consulate's checklist. Your client attends the appointment in person, with the documents they provided.

What we do

Enter the details your client provides into the official application form: DS-160, the UK government portal or the relevant Schengen platform
Book the submission appointment through the official channel: VFS Global, TLScontact or the embassy
Check the bank statements your client provides against the consulate's published requirements
Check that the employer's no-objection letter, issued by the employer on its own letterhead, covers what the consulate asks for
Check that photographs, travel bookings and insurance meet the consulate's specification
Put the file in the order the consulate asks for and return it to your client for the appointment

Biometrics are given in person, so every application ends with your client at the appointment. The fee covers the work up to it. Documents come from your client and their employer; we check them, we do not produce them. Fast-track and premium appointments, where the official provider offers them, are quoted separately.

What we do

Collect the client's file in Dubai
Submit it to a licensed destination management company inside the destination country
Receive the stamped letter of invitation or approval voucher they issue
Lodge it with the embassy in the UAE, or hand it over for a drop-off centre

These require local sponsorship or a licensed local agent, so the file goes through a partner inside the country. Turnaround depends on that partner rather than on us, and we say so before you commit a client to a date.
