What is included

- Document check before submission — the commonest rejection is a fixable one
- Status tracking and the approval PDF to your inbox
- Rejections handled by us, with what the authority returned explained in writing
How it is priced
Structure here. Figures in your account.
A flat all-in fee per visa class. Government fees are inside the figure for UAE inbound visas and are never added afterwards, which is why the outbound visa lines on the same rate card are marked separately as a service fee plus the embassy's own charge.
9 fixed rate lines are available to approved accounts through the API.
Turnaround and terms
- Three to five working days on a standard application
- Applications are submitted once they are complete
- Prepay, or on-account within your credit limit
Questions
- What happens if a visa is refused?
- We tell you in writing what the authority returned and whether a resubmission is worth making. Where the refusal is on a document we should have caught, we resubmit at our cost.
- Is the government fee extra?
- Not on a UAE inbound visa — the published figure is all in. Outbound visa work is a service fee with the embassy's charge passed through at cost, and the rate card marks every one of those lines as such.
Your rate card opens when your account is approved.
Trade accounts only. Applications take about ninety seconds.
