Transfers and touring
Chauffeur-driven transfers and private touring, arranged by us in the vehicle class you book.
Kia Carnival or similar and Mercedes V-Class V300 for touring; Toyota Land Cruiser for desert; Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Rolls-Royce Phantom and both Mercedes-Maybachs on request.
Desert operation
Morning and evening private desert safari, arranged and managed by our team rather than resold from a camp operator.
Dubai pickup, private vehicle, no seat-sharing and no stop at a second camp.
Guides and drivers
Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism licensed guides, briefed per booking.
Languages confirmed at booking, not at pickup.
UAE visa desk
Inbound UAE tourist visas processed by our visa desk, and outbound visa applications checked and submitted for UAE residents.
All-in rates for inbound. Outbound is a service fee with the government or embassy fee passed through at cost, stated separately on every line.
Ground handling
Meet and assist, airport representation, itinerary changes and on-trip problems handled locally.

Wholesale supply we hold commercial access to and book on your behalf. We are not the operator on these, and each entry says so rather than leaving you to find out.
Attractions and activities
Dubai and Abu Dhabi attraction tickets contracted with the operators themselves, and worldwide activities through the major activity wholesalers.
Tickets issued to the agency on confirmation. Date changes and refunds follow the attraction's own policy, not ours.
Transfers
Arranged and managed by us in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; contracted transfer suppliers everywhere else.
Arranged and managed by us inside the UAE. Elsewhere, booked and monitored by us, driven by the local supplier.
Insurance
Travel insurance quoted alongside a booking rather than sold separately.
Underwritten by the insurer. We are not the insurer and do not adjudicate claims.
Car hire and rail
Vehicle rental and rail ticketing where an itinerary needs it.
Supplier-operated. Included so an itinerary does not have to be split across two agents.
The other direction
For suppliers and for agencies with their own systems
Most of this site is about selling to agencies. These three are the reverse: getting inventory out, or connecting a system rather than exchanging rate sheets.
XML distribution
If you hold contracted UAE inventory and want it in front of more buyers, we can take it out to the online marketplaces and agency networks we are connected to, under your rates and your cancellation terms.
White-label booking
A booking site under your brand, priced from your own markup rules, with our ground operation behind it. We are the seller of record for every booking made on it, under our Meydan Free Zone licence; the site and the client relationship carry your brand.
Direct connection
Early access through the B2B API. For agencies with their own booking system: a connection into our UAE inventory instead of a rate sheet and an inbox, with sandbox keys on application and live keys on approval. Practical above roughly fifty bookings a month; below that a rate sheet is faster for both of us.
