Accessibility

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use nwp.ae, and we work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

We have not had the site independently audited, so some pages may fall short.

What we do

• The site is available in 12 languages, including right-to-left Arabic and Urdu.
• There are light and dark themes.
• We design pages for keyboard use, with visible focus and readable text sizes.

Known limits

Some third-party content, such as payment pages, maps and supplier photographs, may not meet the same standard.

If something on the site does not work for you, contact us and we will help another way, for example by taking your booking by message or email. We will fix the problem where we can.
