A fixed block of monthly hours with a dedicated driver and vehicle pair, rather than a booking each time.
What is included
- The same driver and the same vehicle, so a principal is not re-briefing weekly
- An agreed monthly hour block with a stated overage rate
- Vetted, uniformed drivers with NDA where the role needs one
- Replacement driver briefed on the routine before any leave
- One monthly invoice against the retainer
How it is priced
A monthly figure for an hour block, with hours beyond it at a published overage rate. The block is the commitment; the vehicle class and the driver are named on the agreement.
Turnaround and terms
- Quoted per request by a person
- Monthly in advance, rolling with a notice period on the agreement
- Unused hours do not roll forward, because the driver and vehicle were held for you whether used or not.
Questions
- What happens when our usual driver is on leave?
- A named replacement who has been briefed on the routine and the routes beforehand, not whoever is free that morning.
- Can the vehicle be branded or unmarked?
- Unmarked by default on retainers. Branding is available where you want it.
