Tell us who you are, what you have done in travel and who your agency will sell to. The form is longer than our other applications, on purpose.
Review and agreement
Our leadership reads every application and speaks to you directly before anything proceeds. If it is a fit, the terms are set out in a written agreement that both sides review and sign.
We build your site and connect your APIs
We build and host your branded site and connect it to the same inventory, checkout and operations we sell through.
You launch and start earning
Your agency goes live under your own brand. You sell, we fulfil, and the profit is split as the agreement sets out.
How it is paid for
The structure is here. Every figure is agreed with you.
Two parts, both agreed with you and written into the agreement: a one-time initiation fee, which covers setting the agency up, and an ongoing profit split, which is NWP's agreed share of the net revenue booked through your agency. An agreement always has a contract term, and may set a minimum monthly volume.
There is no public rate card for this service. The initiation fee, the profit split, any minimum and the contract term are agreed with you directly and written into the agreement.
Approval, not sign-up
This is approval-based and relationship-driven. There is no instant sign-up, and no application is approved automatically.
An agency on this arrangement trades under our licence, so we decide carefully who it stands behind. Our leadership reads every application, and a direct conversation comes before anything else.
We look for real experience in travel, a clear idea of who the agency will sell to, and a way of reaching them. Some applications are declined, and when one is, we say so.

- Who carries the legal liability?
- Your agency trades under the licence of NWP Travel & Tourism FZ-LLC, so the licence holder answers to the regulator for what is sold under it. That is why every applicant is vetted, and why the written agreement sets out what each party is responsible and liable for. This page describes the service; it is not legal advice, and you may want your own adviser to review the agreement before you sign it.
- What am I responsible for, and what is NWP responsible for?
- You are responsible for your brand, your marketing, your relationship with your customers, and selling within what the agreement allows. We are responsible for the licence arrangement, building and hosting the website, the connection to inventory and checkout, fulfilling the bookings and the customer-service infrastructure behind them. The agreement is the complete list.
- Do I need my own DET or DCT licence?
- Setting up with us does not involve you applying for one: the agency trades under our licence. Whether anything else you do needs a registration of your own is a question for your own adviser, and the agreement records whose licence covers what.
- What happens at the end of the contract?
- The agreement sets it out before you sign: whether and how it renews, what happens to your brand and your domain, how bookings still to travel are handled, and how the final profit split is settled.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- There may be. Some agreements set a minimum monthly volume and some do not; it depends on the agency, and it is agreed with you before you sign. Every agreement has a fixed contract term.
- Is this page the agreement?
- No. The final arrangement is set out in a written agreement that both parties review before it is signed, and nothing is activated in our systems until it is. Where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement applies.
