How it is priced
Priced per brief as a line-item quote: vehicles by class and hour, staff by shift, venues and permits at cost plus a stated handling fee. You see the structure, so a change to delegate numbers moves a line rather than reopening the whole price.

- How do you handle an arrival wave?
- Against the manifest. Delegates are grouped by landing time and vehicle capacity, with a desk in arrivals and a dispatcher working the list rather than drivers calling passengers.
- Can you quote before we have final numbers?
- Yes, banded. The quote shows the per-delegate and per-vehicle components so a final headcount moves the total predictably.
